What is faith?

When reading Hebrews 11, understand this:

Faith is not a fuzzy feeling
Faith is not empty words
Faith is revealed through action (James 2#17)
Faith means placing everything on the line for what you believe
Faith is living in such a way that others could say:
“If God is not real, then you are the most to be pitied.”

Faith, like gold, is only shown to be precious when it is tested.
