firstborn is a showing a man strength, dignity and power.

water: מַיִם as a symbol of Chaos, Unruliness.

Reuben defiled his father's bed.

God blessed Jacob in Genesis 35#11 “A nation and an assembly of nations shall be from you.”. This blessing passed onto Ephraim in Genesis 48#19 “And his seed shall become a fulness of nations.” Which is US!!!!!! The Gentiles. WooO.

Manasseh — Genesis 48:1–20
